These terms apply when you visit the JUMOQ website, create an account, enrol in a course, or use JUMOQ learning, assessment, certification or related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any additional terms clearly shown when you purchase or enrol.

Accounts and authorised use

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from a failure within JUMOQ's control. Accounts and course access may not be shared, transferred or resold without written permission.

Organisation-managed learning

If an employer, educational institution or other organisation provides your access, it may assign learning, review progress, receive reports and administer your account under its agreement with JUMOQ. You must also follow that organisation's applicable policies.

Courses, assessments and certificates

Course descriptions, availability, prerequisites, completion rules and certificate requirements are stated on the relevant course or enrolment page. JUMOQ may make reasonable updates to keep content accurate, safe and current without materially reducing a purchased course's intended learning outcome.

Assessment results and certificates depend on satisfying the published requirements. JUMOQ may investigate, withhold or revoke results or certificates obtained through impersonation, plagiarism, unauthorised assistance, falsified information or other misconduct.

Fees, renewals and refunds

Prices, taxes, billing periods and renewal terms are presented before purchase. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the charges you approve. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights or submit harmful content;
• circumvent access controls, assessments, security or usage limits;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service, or introduce malicious code;
• copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit protected content except where the service or applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent your identity, qualifications, completion or certificate status.

Intellectual property

JUMOQ and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, branding and course materials. Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for their stated learning purpose. Content you submit remains yours, but you permit JUMOQ to process it as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep JUMOQ accurate and available, but maintenance, security events and circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt the service. Learning content is educational and is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and ending access

You may stop using JUMOQ at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, platform or account contact details as appropriate. Questions may be sent to admin@jumoq.com.
