Minimum ten professional licences across your plans. Standalone or unpaired Mandatory coverage requires at least 25 learners. Paired Mandatory licences for the same professional learners have no additional minimum and receive a 20% reduction.
Within each equivalent annual business plan: first 25 licences at list price, next 75 at 90%, next 150 at 80%. More than 250 in a plan requires a quotation. Equivalent rows are combined before calculation; paired reductions apply proportionately after the quantity reduction. Individuals and paid pilots do not receive these reductions.
For more than two streams per learner, choose Professional Library. Separate professional groups reserve separate named learners; buying overlapping groups does not automatically combine their access.
Redeem the paid, unrefunded pilot fee once, up to ₹7,500, against an annual order of at least ₹30,000 after discounts and before credit and tax. Accept the order within thirty days of pilot expiry. Eligible pilot allocations and learner progress continue into the annual plan; no automatic charge applies.
Professional Library includes all five released core streams. Mandatory Essential and Role are separate; Role includes Essential. Academy names describe recommended configurations and add no extra subscription charge.
Courses added to your licensed core stream during the term are included. Original purchased coverage is retained when a course is remapped; unavailable versions remain subject to publication and review controls.
Administrators who do not learn need no learner seat. Buying seats does not automatically enrol everyone in the entire catalogue. Each learner's work and certificates remain their own.
Add licences or upgrade during the term using a prorated charge through the same anniversary. Reduce quantities or switch streams at renewal. Genuine-leaver replacement requires confirmation and keeps separate learner histories.
Expiry ends package learning access while preserving history and authorised issued-certificate access. Renew explicitly; these offers do not start automatic payment renewal.
Specialist future industry programmes, workshops, faculty review and custom services are outside standard coverage. Enquire about additional support. Existing course, bundle and legacy subscription purchases retain their agreed terms.
